Coleen Renee

finds great joy in working with clients as they seek healing in their lives. Change is part of the human experience.  Most of the time we navigate these changes with ease – sometimes not even noticing them. Other times they leave us confused, overwhelmed or just wanting something we don't know how to get.

She teaches, performs and works with clients across the state and at times across the country – and even around the world. She has contributed to several books and CD
 projects. 

Massage/Myofascial Release - Coleen specializes in myofascial release (MFR), a generally gentle technique. Yet this gentle technique allows access to the core structures of the body releasing tension, pain and built up toxins in the deepest parts of our body. The work assists clients in making profound physical change.

Coleen is also certified in pregnancy massage and has assisted in labor and delivery. She works with the mom and coach providing massage and also teaching self help ways to reduce and ease the stress of pregnancy.

Angel Reading - The angels work with Coleen in part through her music, teaching and writing. They also offer information, healing and blessings to clients through Coleen. The angels are loving and joyful beings. 
 
Breathwork - The physicality of breathing is complex and involves many structures including the ribs, spine, sternum, diaphragm muscle, neck muscles, lower back muscles and more. Easing these structures is important for those with breathing restrictions and those seeking to expand their breathing capacity. Excellent for singers, orators and others.

Coleen lives and works in Ellensburg, WA where she did graduate work in anthropology. As an anthropologist, Coleen learned skills in observation and the acceptance of different ways of being that have served her well in her work as a Healer.

This cross-cultural approach led her to study with many Healers and spiritual teachers over the years.

Coleen is an ordained minister, licensed massage practioner, Earth Steward and Certified Spiritual Healer.
